INCOMING GRADE 11

Thank you for your interest in applying for admission to Mapua University!

Below is a step-by-step guideline on how you will go about your application:

STEP 1 APPLICATION: Completely accomplish the online application form. Once done, you will be provided with your log-in credentials to access the MPASS Applicant Portal and continue your application.

STEP 2 PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE: Pay for the Mapua Program Placement Assessment (MPASS). Upon confirmation of payment, you may now proceed in choosing a schedule for your MPASS.

STEP 3 MPASS: Take the MPASS. Know the result of your MPASS immediately after finishing the assessment.

STEP 4 RESERVATION: Pay for the reservation of slot for enrollment. Choose your preferred program and pay the non-refundable & non-transferable reservation fee of 5,000 PHP.

STEP 5 ENROLLMENT: View the enrollment requirements and schedule. Come on your scheduled enrollment date and complete the enrollment process. Welcome to Mapúa University!

Before proceeding with the application we would like to inform you that we will be collecting information relevant to your application.

Rest assured that the said information will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

Category A: Regular Applicants
  • Copy of Report Card
Category B: Applicants who took a gap year

B1. For applicants from schools in the Philippines or schools abroad under DepEd and did not enroll in any college/university after graduation last SY2026-2027:


  • Original and photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card
  • Photocopy of certification from the junior high school principal stating that the applicant’s Form 137-A is still in the school file and has not been forwarded to another school

Category C: Graduates of Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency or graduates of Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency
  • Certificate of Rating (with passing marks in all subjects)
  • Learner’s Permanent Record (AF-5) with eligibility for senior high school
Category D: Applicants with International Credentials (International Baccalaureate / Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level / Advanced Placement (AP) International Diploma)

For students who are Filipino but enrolled in their secondary education from schools abroad (not under DepEd).


  • Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. If the country or territory of origin is already a member of the Apostille Convention, authentication of the Philippine Foreign Service is no longer necessary, but apostille from any Government agency from country/territory of origin is required.   • Certificate of completion of in Grade 10 (junior high school/Grade 10 or its equivalent)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character or Recommendation from the School Guidance Counselor or Principal
  • Birth certificate printed on Philippine Statistics Authority paper
  • Original and photocopy of Filipino passport
Category F: Graduating Non-Filipino Applicants enrolled in Philippine schools both local and overseas
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Special Study Permit (SSP)
  • Original and photocopy of passport
  • Original Grade 10 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to senior high school duly signed by the school principal
  • Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (dated not earlier than February of the graduation year) from the high school (with school seal)
  • If the applicant is not a native speaker of English, he/she must submit his/her TOEFL/IELTS exam results with the following cut-off scores:

    • TTOEFL: Internet-based test, score at least 75
    • Paper and pencil-based test, score at least 500
    • Computer-based test, score at least 173

    • IELTS: Overall band of 6.0, no single test score below 5.5

Note: If the applicant has not taken either TOEFL or IELTS upon application, he/she must pass the Mapúa English Language Test (MELT) to be given by the English Language Center (ELC).

Category G: International Students (Non-Filipino applicants graduating from schools abroad)

For non-Filipino students who are enrolled in their secondary education from schools abroad.


  • Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. If the country or territory of origin is already a member of the Apostille Convention, authentication of the Philippine Foreign Service is no longer necessary, but apostille from any Government agency from country/territory of origin is required.   • Certificate of completion of in Grade 10 (junior high school/Grade 10 or its equivalent)

  • Original and photocopy of data page of the applicant’s passport showing date and place of birth, and birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post.
  • If the applicant is not a native speaker of English, he/she must submit his/her TOEFL/IELTS exam results with the following cut-off scores:
