INCOMING FIRST YEAR COLLEGE

Thank you for your interest in applying for admission to Mapua University!

Below is a step-by-step guideline on how you will go about your application:

STEP 1 APPLICATION: Completely accomplish the online application form. Once done, you will be provided with your log-in credentials to access the MPASS Applicant Portal and continue your application.

STEP 2 PAYMENT OF MPASS FEE: Pay for the Mapua Program Placement Assessment (MPASS). Upon confirmation of payment, you may now proceed in choosing a schedule for your MPASS.

STEP 3 MPASS: Take the MPASS. Know the result of your MPASS immediately after finishing the assessment.

STEP 4 RESERVATION: Pay for the reservation of slot for enrollment. Choose your preferred program and pay the non-refundable & non-transferable reservation fee of 5,000 PHP.

STEP 5 ENROLLMENT: View the enrollment requirements and schedule. Come on your scheduled enrolment date and complete the enrolment process. Welcome to Mapúa University!

PROGRAM ASSESSMENT SURVEY

In pursuing a degree at Mapúa, a student may choose among these three (3) types of programs:

1.) Blended Program
Teaching and learning activities of this type of program are either conducted face-to-face or through online delivery methods.

2.) Fully Online Program
This program is applicable to distant learners and working individuals who wish to earn a Mapúa diploma by studying in a fully online mode. Anytime and anywhere learning is the program’s best feature where learners study at their own pace and place. Mapúa now offers six (6) fully online undergraduate degrees in engineering and I.T., and nine (9) master’s degrees in the same fields.

3.) Ladderized Program
A Bachelor of Engineering Technology - Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BET-BS) ladderized program allows students and workers to progress between technical vocational and higher education programs. Student may opt to only take the BET program of his/her chosen engineering field and earn a certificate after completing eight (8) semester of education or proceed with his/her 9th semester to pursue the BS engineering counterpart and earn a bachelor’s degree diploma.
